The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, even going the extra mile to save us money on tours. We also enjoyed the on-site restaurant, Las Tostaderia, and the beach access at the El Cid resort. The property is beautiful, the units are clean and comfortable, and there are plenty of dining options nearby. it was a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

We got excellent value for our money at Isla Mazatlan Residence Club. The room was clean, comfortable, and had all the necessary appliances. The location was convenient, with several restaurants and night spots within walking distance. The staff was friendly and were great too accommodate our needs, even waiting for our late arrival on Christmas day.

The only thing that could have made breakfast better was adding a bigger variety to the menu.

The spaciousness of the residence was impressive, giving us plenty of room to relax and unwind after a long day of festivities. We especially enjoyed the friendly and helpful staff. They went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable and even offered suggestions for nearby attractions to visit.

One downside was that the air conditioner in the master bedroom didn't cool the room very well. It seemed to be installed in an inconvenient spot and didn't direct the air towards the bed.
